Vrishabhanu Ji would go to the Yamuna in the early morning hours at 3:00. On the Bhadra Shukla Paksh Ashtami, as soon as he entered the Yamuna waters in the dawn hours, he saw a luminous lotus that was not drifting. It was stationary in one place. He moved forward. Such a beautiful lotus — an extraordinary joy was upon him. Vrishabhanu Ji could see nothing else. He saw the lotus, but there was an attraction to it. When he touched the lotus, he was overwhelmed with emotion. His hair stood on end. A wonderful attraction came over him — he picked up the lotus and held it to his heart. For two gharis, for 48 minutes, he remained lost in the form and taste of Shri Ji in the waters.
